Services are available by appointment only. Advance booking is recommended. A valid payment card is required to hold your appointment.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged 30% of the scheduled service price.

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your session so the next client is not delayed.

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment may need to reschedule and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

We understand that unexpected emergencies, illness, or severe weather can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Please inform your massage therapist before your session of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, medications, recent procedures, or other concerns that may affect your treatment.

Massage services are intended to support relaxation and general wellness and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Thasa Thai Therapeutic Massage provides professional therapeutic massage services only. Inappropriate behavior or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session. The full service fee may still apply.
